- Return Policy
- Usacosmetics.com will only accept unused items for return or exchange; All product conditions must be unopened and in the original packaging. All items must be returned within 14 days upon received and approved by the management before sending back. Please note that all S&H will be charged to the all orders and is non-refundable unless due to company’s error. If an item was returned simply because of customers change minds, then a 15% of restocking fee will be charged and the actual shipping charges will also not be refunded.
The amount refunded for returned items exclude all discounts or coupons. If your package arrived with any damage or issue, please call us at 1.877.488.7275 within 48 hours upon received to submit a claim. Please contact us within 2 weeks after delivery made if you have any question or concern regarding your order.
Please be advised that all sales are final after 14 days upon received, a return item must be approved by Customer Service Department first before processing a refund. For any used item, we will neither refund, return nor exchange it with other items. We will not be responsible for returned used item.
As for any refund on your order, you will receive a refund email confirmation immediately after the refund is processed. Please note that it will take up to 7-14 business days for the amount to credit back to your account. Please be patient with the bank process time before you contact us for verification. - Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING for ALL U.S orders for $100 & above. $5 flat shipping for under $100. Please allow 1- 2 days for order processing and packaging.
All small orders shipped in the U.S will be send via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days Delivery, large packages for 2-3 lbs and above will be send via UPS. For international shipping, we offer both UPS and USPS Priority Mail 10-14 Days Delivery at checkout process. But since the shipment will go through custom, please allow extra time for it to arrive before you contacting us.
You delivery confirmation email will indicate the carrier used and the confirmation number will be provided when available. Please note that we do not deliver on non-business day, Saturday and Sunday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive using Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping delivery times vary from 3 - 9 business days. Note: Business days are Monday - Friday. See the USA shipping map for estimated delivery times for your area. All items are shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. We use both the United States Postal Service and UPS to ship packages via Standard Shipping to USA addresses.
NOTE: Deliveries to remote locations may take an extra day or two. International shipment takes 10-14 Days depends on each country's customs declaration.

- We will refund your order in full (including shipping charges) if the parcel is proved to be lost. If we have signature/delivery confirmation showing that the parcel has been successfully delivered, we will not issue any refunds.

1. Why my coupon code doesn’t work?
Answer: Try it again with entering the complete shipping information on Country, State and Zip Code. If the coupon code is valid, then it should work.
2. Where are the ingredients display at?
Answer: Exterior label or from the menu inside the box. We generally outline the key ingredients on the product description. We also will be introduce more different herbal ingredients throughout the site from time to time. So stay tuned!

Answer: We started this business selling Asian skin care in a retail store. It has been a pleasure bringing the uniqueness and prestigues asian skin to the market; Now even with the online expension, we still would keep our main focus here in the America where our business is formed..
5. Do I have to pay tax?
Answer: No, you do not have to pay tax shopping online, unless your shipping address is in Texas where our business is located, then the tax will be required..
6. Why my order didn't come in as one shipment? What does it mean in reference to my order may come in several shipments to complete the fulfillment of the order?
Answer: We make every effort to send all items together in one shipment. If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment simply because some item is backordered. We will send them to you in separate packages to complete the fulfillment of your order as soon as they are available. We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order. Any additional shipment will not be charge additionally to your cost and normally will only take about another week for you to receive any backordered item.
7. Where can I find the expiration date on the products?
Answer:Most of them are printed on the bottom of the products. However, some manufacturers do not print them. All our products are strictly inspected with a 5 years of shelf life.
8. I have two identical small samplers in my gift set, how can I tell which one is eye cream, which one is night cream?
Answer:The eye cream is the one with longer korean symbols which printed on the bottom sticker of the products.
9.What's the difference between The History of Whoo and O HUI? How do I pick which line works better on my skin?
Answer:The History of Whoo contains chinese herbs such as snow lotus and ginseng that help to fight signs of aging and promote silky smooth skin while the focus on O HUI brand is more on laboratory research of advance ingredients like stem cells that help to rejuvenates skin. 10. Can you please tell us the steps of how you apply them?
Answer:Typically, it's cleanser->toner(skin softener or skin balancer)->Essence/serum/intensive (the richest ingredients after the toner opens up the pores in your skin)->lotion(watery base lotion, emulsion)->cream->eye cream->sunblock(morning). Unless noted otherwise by specific recommendation steps by each brand, please see each product page for detail or email us if you have any question.
11. Can I get some free samples?
Answer:Unfortunately, we do not ship just the samples without an order. However, all samples are free with purchases and we will be happy to try our best to accommodate if there's any specific one you are interested in. Just request over the phone or send us an email with your order #(Remember the request has to come before the orders got fulfilled but there's no guarantee since some orders got processed right away. So, again, keep this in mind that we will always try our best to deliver the best customer experiences for you and giving out free samples the best we can, but since the samples are based on the availability and some items don't even come with sample sizes, so there will be no guarantee on this, but giving out our best try!
